Mechanical Seals
Metal Bellows Type
Metal bellows mechanical seals feature a bellows core made of one of several types of bellows.  The most common are AM350 and  Hastelloy C.   Usually with Stainless Steel end fittings permits these mechanical seals to be used for services beyond the range of mechanical seals with synthetic rubber sealing members.
Typical applications include: cryogenics, heat transfer fluids, severe chemicals and corrosives at temperatures from —40° C to + 380° C with standard seal construction. (For higher temperatures please contact us)
O-ring Type

An o-ring is a simple and versatile ring shaped packing or sealing device. Having a circular cross section that functions as a seal, in both static and dynamic applications, by being compressed between the mating surfaces comprising the walls of the gland, in which it is installed. Although o-rings can be made from a variety of materials, they are most commonly molded in one piece from an elastomeric material.

Cartridge Type
A cartridge type mechanical seal is a pre-assembled package of seal components making installation much easier with fewer points for potential installation errors to occur.
The assembly is “pre-set” so that no installed length calculations must be performed for determining where to set the seal. This pre-set is achieved by the use of “set tabs” that are removed once the seal is installed and the pump assembled.
